Saranno rimossi tutti i post o thread che contengano violazioni delle regole della Meetup Inc.

Termini dell'Accordo per la fruizione del Servizio:

4.2 Motivi di Rimozione, Sanzione e/o Sospensione

1. ingiuriare o intimidire altre persone in qualsiasi maniera, inclusi il limitare o inibire qualsiasi altro utente dall'usare la Piattaforma;
2. impersonare chiunque (inclusi lo staff di Meetup o altri membri), dichiarare falsamente o altrimenti simulare la vostra affiliazione con chiunque, attraverso l'uso di indirizzi di mail simili, nicknames, tramite la creazione di falsi account o qualsiasi altro metodo o mezzo;
3. contraffare la fonte di qualsiasi Pubblica Informazione (art. 3.1) trasmessa a terzi;
4. perseguitare o altrimenti vessare altri utenti;
5. pubblicizzare articoli, aste, servizi o siti web commerciali, incluse offerte di commercio o sollecitazioni caritatevoli non in relazione con l'argomento della discussione o con lo spirito del Gruppo Meetup;
6. raccogliere o immagazzinare dati personali degli altri utenti;
(b) inserire (*) qualsiasi Pubblica Informazione o altro materiale che:

1. sia illegale, ingiurioso, minaccioso, offensivo, persecutorio, che causi torto, che sia diffamatorio, intimidatorio, volgare, osceno, profano, calunniatorio, invasivo della privacy altrui incluso il pubblicare (*) email private o informazioni relative ai contatti di un altro individuo), detestabile, razzista, eticamente discutibile o altrimenti offensivo, inclusa qualsiasi Pubblica Informazione o altro materiale che possa essere considerato diatriba astiosa;
2. sia osceno, pornografico o di natura adulta;
3. non abbiate il diritto di rendere disponibile per legge o per relazioni contrattuali o fiduciarie;
4. infranga qualsiasi brevetto, marchio registrato, segreto commerciale, copyright o altri diritti proprietari di qualsiasi parte, diritti di pubblicità o privacy;
5. sia pubblicità indesiderata o non autorizzata , materiali promozionali, o qualsiasi altra forma di sollecitazione (inclusi ma non limitati a, "spam", "posta indesiderata" e "catene di s.antonio");
6. sia inappropriato, postato in malafede, o contrario allo spirito di qualsiasi Gruppo Meetup;
(c) Incoraggiare altri a violare questo Accordo;

(d) Rifiutare di seguire le istruzioni o direttive dello staff Meetup;

(e) Violazione (intenzionale o non) di questo Accordo, o di qualsiasi legge, statuto, ordinanza o regolamento locale, statale, nazionale o internazionale.

(f) Trasmettere soldi a Meetup o a qualsiasi Meetup Group Organizer attraverso conti finanziari che siano rubati, fraudolenti o altrimenti non autorizzati.

Inoltre, il pubblicare (*) altre azioni, Pubblica Informazione o altri materiali inappropriati potrebbe anche giustificare la rimozione e/o sospensione dal nostro sito web.
Meetup si riserva il diritto di rimuovere qualsiasi post o altro materiale senza avviso o ulteriore comunicazione.

Meetup e i suoi addetti hanno il diritto di rimuovere qualsiasi Pubblica Informazione, altro materiale che viola questo Accordo o che sia altrimenti contestabile.

(*) caricare, scrivere post, mandare mail, trasmettere o comunque rendere disponibile.

The posts or threads will be deleted if they contains violations of Meetup Inc.'s rules.

Recidivist will be reported to Meetup Staff for a possible removal.

Meetup Terms of Service Agreement:

4.2 Grounds for Removal, Sanction and/or Suspension:
(a) The use of our Platform to (including, without limitation, eligibility requirements - art. 2.1):

1. harm or intimidate another person in any way, including restricting or inhibiting any other user from using our Platform;
2. impersonate any person (including Meetup staff and other members), or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person, through the use of similar email addresses, nicknames, or creation of false account(s) or any other method or device;
3. disguise the origin of any Public Information (art. 3.1) that is transmitted to any third party;
4. "stalk" or otherwise harass another;
5. advertise merchandise, auctions, services or commercial websites, including offers to trade or charitable solicitations unrelated to the topic or spirit of the Meetup Group.; or
6. collect or store personal data about other users;
(b) Posting any Public Information or other material:

1. that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, intimidating, vulgar, obscene, profane, libelous, invasive of another's privacy (including the posting of private emails or contact information about another individual), hateful, or racially, ethically or otherwise objectionable, including any Public Information or other material that may be considered hate speech;
2. that is obscene, pornographic or adult in nature;
3. that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships;
4. that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party or rights of publicity or privacy;
5. that is unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation (including, but not limited to, "spam," "junk mail," and "chain letters"); or
6. that is inappropriate, posted in bad faith, or contrary to the spirit of any Meetup Group;
(c) Encouraging others to violate this Agreement;

(d) Refusing to follow Meetup staff instruction or direction; or

(e) Violation (intentional or unintentional) of this Agreement, or of any applicable local, state, national or international law, statute, ordinance or regulation.

(f) Transmit money to Meetup or any Meetup Group Organizer through financial accounts that are stolen, fraudulent or otherwise unauthorized.

Also, your posting of other inappropriate actions, Public Information or other materials may also warrant removal and/or suspension from our website.
Meetup reserves the right to remove any post or other material without warning or further notice.

Meetup and its designees shall have the right to remove any Public Information or other material that violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable.
